Earl VanBuskirk Jr

Earl, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, now calls Southwest Las Vegas, NV home. With nearly 25 years of experience as a licensed Property & Casualty agent, he has played a key role in developing tailored insurance programs for a wide range of industries, including construction, commercial real estate, food and beverage, automotive service and repair, and healthcare.

Since 2006, Earl has successfully led commercial insurance sales teams while also excelling in his individual performance. In recent years, he has deepened his expertise in insuretech and artificial intelligence, particularly in how these innovations are shaping the future of the insurance industry.

Outside of work, Earl is dedicated to his spirituality, family, and friends. He’s also passionate about music and sports, and you’ll often find him attending games or hosting watch parties for his favorite teams—the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, Golden State Warriors, Las Vegas Golden Knights, and Las Vegas Aces.
